What payment methods does HANSINE accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, Diners, and Paypal. All payments are processed through a secure checkout system provided by Shopify and Stripe

Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?

Yes, you can amend your order as long as your purchases have not been prepared for dispatch. If you need to make any changes, please email mary@hansine.co with your order reference number & amendment requirements.

How much does delivery cost? / When will I receive my order?

UK
Standard Delivery: £10.00

It will take 3-5 working days to be delivered.

Europe 

Standard Delivery: £30.00

It will take 5-10 working days to be delivered.

Rest of World

Standard Delivery: £35

It will take up to 7 working days to be delivered.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with the tracking number.

RETURNS POLICY

How do I return or exchange an item?

If you’re not completely happy with an item, we’ll give you a refund, provided that it’s returned to us in its original condition & packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with all labels attached.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

Please note that sale items are not accepted for return or exchange.

Returns Policy

Thank you for your order. If you’re not completely happy with an item, please see our policy below in order to process a return.

All Returns

To request a return, please email us at mary@hansine.co within 14 days of receiving, with your order number and ‘Return’ quoted in the subject line.

Once we email a RN code, the goods must then be sent back to the address provided within 5 business days of the email confirmation (postage marked within 5 working days).

Please note without a RN code a refund can not be processed.
If goods are returned in a re-saleable condition, you will be offered a full refund for the goods (minus the original postage cost).
Money will be refunded back onto the original payment method

  • Please return unwanted items within 14 days of receipt.
  • Items should be unworn, unwashed and have original tags and any hygiene seals still attached.
  • It is not necessary to return orders in the box they arrived in.
  • Make sure you get proof of postage from the post office so that we can still complete your return if it gets delayed on its way back to us. You should keep this proof until you’ve received your refund. We won’t be held responsible for goods that don’t arrive.
  • All sale/outlet orders are final & cannot be returned.

International Returns

Regrettably we cannot accept returns for international orders.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at mary@hansine.co

If a replacement size, colour or alternative items are required you will need to place a new order.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

I've received some HANSINE items as a gift from someone else. Can I return them?

You can return items as normal – please refer to the return guidelines above and on the paperwork that came with the goods.

You might want to note that the purchaser will automatically be notified by email of any returns, refunds or replacements. Sorry, we can’t prevent this as it’s an automated part of our returns system.

Refunds can only be issued to the card which was used to pay for the goods. We don’t offer credit notes.

How do I wash my HANSINE products?

We recommend hand-washing your items in cold water with a mild detergent suitable for delicates. You can also have them dry-cleaned.
